1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Look POS software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Look POS provides cloud-based point-of-sale software and business management solutions including:

• Multi-location POS system
• Inventory and stock management
• Customer and supplier management (CRM)
• Human resource management (HRM)
• Manufacturing module
• Accounting and financial reporting
• E-commerce integration
• Multi-language support

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be suspended unless you purchase a subscription.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal activities

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Look POS are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Data Backup and Export

We perform regular backups of your data. You may export your data at any time through the provided tools. We retain data for 30 days after account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• You may export your data within 30 days
• All outstanding fees remain due
• These terms survive termination where applicable

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service.
